Comedy Day is a free outdoor comedy "concert" featuring nearly 30 of today's top performers. HBO and AEG Live will team up once again to make Las Vegas “the home of funny” when The Comedy Festival is presented Nov. 14-18, 2006. Highlights of this year’s festival include a special presentation of the wildly popular “Tourgasm” starring Dane Cook, a live version of MTV’s “Nick Cannon Presents Wild ‘N Out,” radio star Tom Joyner’s “Oh, Oh, Oh, Comedy Show” featuring Mike Epps, Mo’Nique, Damon Wayans, and Katt Williams, perennial “D-list” celebrity comedienne Kathy Griffin, “Sex and The City’s” Mario Cantone, the masters of edgy humor Dave Attell and Louis CK, an adults-only late night special hosted by Bob Saget, special appearances by Joe Rogan and pals, Jamie Kennedy, and a landmark performance by the inimitable comedic legend Don Rickles. With TBS returning as title sponsor, the event will expand to five days and feature dozens of performances and special events in a variety of venues within Caesars Palace, including The Colosseum, with 4100 seats, and the outdoor Roman Plaza amphitheater. True to its mission of presenting comedy’s biggest stars and cutting-edge talent, the 2006 TCF will present multi-artist performances, tributes, stand-up and sketch comedy, and live televised special events including Comic Relief 2006 with co-hosts Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg and Robin Williams.
